What you will learn:

Ways to discover the kingdom of God within through embodied spirituality with exploration of Scriptural references
An understanding of the contemplative tradition of Christianity
The science and philosophy of yoga
Understanding of various aspects of embodied spirituality, including exercises to tap into, strengthen and protect the energy body
How to transform your faith community with YogaMass
How to deliver the YogaMass worship experience from the different role perspectives of Priest, Yoga Leader, Meditation Leader, and Musician
How to tap into Flow and connect with Spirit for an embodied, intuitive, and energetic way of leading
Sample Scriptural themes, sequences, messages, and meditations
A deeper understanding of the sacred ritual of Eucharist and the YogaMass liturgy
What you will gain:

An awareness and empowerment of spiritual awakening within
The ability to organize YogaMass for your community
Support from the wider YogaMass community
Certification to facilitate YogaMass for clergy, musicians, and yoga teachers (for leading the yoga portion of YogaMass, a minimum requirement of 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved yoga teacher training)

People who want to better understand the teachings and philosophy of YogaMass
Everyone is welcome to attend this training, including those who are not clergy or certified Yoga Alliance yoga teachers. Please note that for yoga teachers, certification to offer YogaMass is contingent upon meeting the requirements of Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training to ensure proper attention to the physical aspects of practicing yoga.
